Clever integration sponsorship and social media: Orange teaches!

This year Orange was sponsor of the Glastonbury music festival, one of the biggest and most famous in UK. How many brands use to sponsor events like this one ? Absolutely lots, but how many can really be proud of their engagement with the audience?

Orange in this attempt scored a big success creating the probably world’s most-tagged photo ever: the mobile operator (with the help of agency Poke )took an high resolution photo of the crowd and posted on the site. With facebook connect and special cameras on the websites, it’s possible to zoom the photo and find themself.

Of course the successful Orange  picture of more than 70,000 fans is circulating everywhere in internet and is just waiting to set the record!
